The Oregon University System Office of K-16 Alignment
The office of K-16 Alignment was developed to create programs and tools that help Oregon students better transition from K-12 to higher education. Below are some of the statewide projects we are currently working on:
IDTS: The Integrated Data Transfer System is a statewide initiative to transfer K-12 transcript data to OUS schools and community colleges.
ATLAS: The Articulated Linked Transfer System automates degree audit and articulation to OUS schools and community colleges.
PASS: The Proficiency-based Admissions Standards System aligns admissions to OUS schools with K-12 proficiency standards.

e-Transcript Traffic continues to increase
OSU Admissions Office loves the eTranscript!
Currently, approximately 30% of our high school transcripts are being received electronically from Oregon high schools. We love the efficiency of electronic transcripts! All electronic transcripts are received in the same format for all Oregon sending high schools, which greatly expedites the admissions process.
Applications with electronic transcripts are quicker to process, resulting in faster communication back to future students. Oregon State University is working on a program to download the electronic transcripts into the Student Information Systems, i.e. SCT Banner. This will aid even more in the processing of applications, faster responses times, and provide efficiencies throughout the admission process.
